Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Products may be eligible for return or exchange under the following circumstances:

• The product was damaged during shipping or delivery.
• The item received has a manufacturing defect.
• The product delivered is significantly different from what was ordered or expected.

To qualify for a return or exchange, requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order. The product must be unused and returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Please note the following terms before initiating a return or exchange request:

• A reverse pickup/courier charge of ₹200 will be deducted from the total refundable amount for return or exchange requests.
• Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) are not eligible for returns.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our quality team.
• Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received by us.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products for which the 7-day return period has expired.
• Sale or discounted products priced below ₹499.
• Items belonging to the Cushions and Towels category.
• Products returned without original tags, labels, or packaging.
• Items that show signs of use, stains, marks, damage, tears, washing, or misuse.
